Osmo Maintenance Oil is used for basic and regular maintenance of oiled or waxed wood floors. Dull and matt floors are refreshed with Maintenance Oil. Timely application of Maintenance Oil—raw wood should not be left exposed—avoids the need for sanding and tedious renovation coats. It also allows you to adjust the degree of shine. Microporous in line with the wood, does not crack, flake or peel. Resistant to wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk and water in accordance with DIN 68861-1A – no water stains. Once dry, the paint is harmless to humans, animals, and plants (saliva and sweat resistant according to DIN 53160, suitable for children’s toys according to EN 71.3). Once dry, the paint meets the requirements of class B2 (normally flammable) according to DIN 4102.
Osmo Maintenance Oil is ideal for refreshing all wood floors oiled with Oil-Wax: solid wood floors, floorboards, English parquet, OSB and cork floors as well as stairs and furniture surfaces. Particularly recommended for public areas (e.g., restaurants, museums, and other places where floors are subject to heavy wear).
